Dr. Anna Sanner oversees the Medical Evidence Development and Surveillance (IMEDS) program. She is responsible for managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements including vetting and contracting of IMEDS research projects.
She comes to the role of scientific project manager with insight and experience ranging from 10 years as a Pediatrician and Neurologist to service as a principal investigator with PCORI’s Community Engaged Network for All (CENA). Prior to joining the Foundation, she was Director of Scientific Affairs and Research at the Hepatitis Foundation International. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts and received her Doctor of Medicine from the Nizhniy Novgorod State Medical Academy.
