The Reagan-Udall Foundation for the Food and Drug Administration is a nonprofit organization that was created by Congress to advance the mission of the FDA. The Foundation held a meeting recently entitled “Advancing Treatments for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder” to discuss efforts to accelerate the development of treatments for PTSD, including psychedelic therapies.

Psychedelics were high on the agenda.

On Wednesday, the FDA issued a Constituent Update detailing efforts to enhance food traceability. Deputy Commissioner Jim Jones highlighted the FDA’s online resources regarding the Food Traceability Rule, as well as roundtables with the Reagan-Udall Foundation aimed at aiding industry implementation of the Rule.
