Advancing Person-Centered Product Development:
Understanding the Health Needs of Women

The Reagan-Udall Foundation for the FDA, in collaboration with the Milken Institute’s Women’s Health Network, is convening an in-person, invitation-only roundtable to discuss unmet needs in women’s health drug development. The discussion - among a diverse group of representatives including advocates, clinicians, drug developers, researchers, regulatory scientists/strategists, and investors - will explore lingering pain-points and potential solutions along the drug development life cycle for conditions that affect women exclusively, differentially, and/or differently. A post-roundtable summary will be released to the public with the goal of providing both long- and short-term solutions to improve product development for women's health, including exploration of how benefit-risk is considered in women's health.
